Formula 1 - 3 days of hard work and fun!

After just spending a month in SF, Black Rock City and Japan doing my hippie thing. And then Bam! Back to work mode in Singapore. I must say its pretty tough. I was exhausted by the time we were done with the week long of gigs and rehearsals for F1. But boy was it alot of fun. Indigo churned out a couple of new tunes and we rawked it! Besides the long hours and lack of sleep, i met a bunch of musicians and friends i haven’t seen in awhile due to crazy work and travel schedules. So it was a real nice get together weekend for us too. After this... heaps of visits to the spa and back to daily yoga practice. City girls gotta find a way to get that zen into their system. :)
